All About Me!

Hi, My name is Laurie Boguhn. I am the owner & operator of “Touch of Luv Pet Services”. I have always had a deep respect and love for all animals since I was a very young child. I can remember bringing all kinds of animals home and begging my parents to let us keep them. They always did.

I also run a small hairdressing business part-time which I love!

I am an entrepreneur ….always willing to try something new & different!

I have volunteered at Wyoming & Erie County SPCA’S!

I was a Hi-quality pure bred breeder for many years…..I Bred Yellow Labs and Long Hair Chihuahua’s….My goal then was to have the best quality pups  and keep the Breed going….This was one of the best experiences I ever had….Raising beautiful dogs that passed on their wonderful gene’s….I still get calls asking if I am still breeding because of the quality pups I raised…..I donot breed anymore….I rescue and pet sit now….I have 4 dogs of my own….3 Chihuahua’s-Shasta Blue Twain Peters, Sidney Von Blefniven & Bear Bear Lil Man Blue & a Puggle named “Charlie”( he’s a foster failure)

I assisted at Pet Connection -a special care maternity animal shelter-at times I took care of over 100 dogs & puppies…it was quite the experience, but I loved every minute of it

I have attended many seminars and classes @ Mini- Vet School @ UB since 1996….Keeping updated on everything to do with animals

I am into Holistic Pet Care…..I have taken many classes on holistic healing for our pets!

I am a foster parent for Open Arms a rescue shelter for unwanted animals or surrenders!

I am CPR/Pet First Aid Certified-this is an 8 hour intense course on how to administer life saving techniques on dogs(I have used CPR on my own pets) Recertification every 3 years!

I am attuned to Animal Reiki 1 & 2! Animals love Reiki. If your pup allows me to, I can provide a beautiful Reiki Healing Service on them!
